Three years after setting up Tonnellerie Baron’s sales offices in Saint-Emilion, in the heart of the famous limestone plateau, we remain convinced that this new tool, closer to the winegrowers, brings us closer together. We continue to organize thematic and comparative tastings with our teams and between winemakers and distillers who are passionate about discovering the work of their peers. We experiment with new ageing solutions in neighbouring wineries. Fabulous playground, proximity of our teams to the field, unrivalled trust of our partner winemakers – we feel adopted!
